When it comes to employee health, it is important that you know you have world-renowned physicians ranging in a wide-variety of specialty, primary, and emergency care services readily available to you.
We know that access to health services is important to you which is why we have established an employee “hot line” for faculty and staff scheduling purposes. Many of our clinics also offer employees extended patient hours. In addition to greater access and expedited appointment scheduling, you may take advantage of our innovative Employee Flexible Spending Account.

In a recent employee health services survey, 52% of those who responded indicated that they would like to receive discounts on Refractive Surgery (LASIK). We are pleased to announce that the new Millennium Park Eye Center, at 30 N. Michigan Avenue, opens under the direction of Dr. Dimitri Azar, Chairman of the Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary and Professor and Head in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Azar joined the Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary after serving as Director of Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery Service at Harvard’s Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston. His mission for the Millennium Park Eye Center continues is to provide the safest and most efficient treatment in Laser Vision Correction available, with a wide range of procedures assisted by thoroughly trained technicians, in a facility equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical instruments.
Evaluations with Dr. Azar are currently being held on Monday mornings and Tuesday afternoons at the Millennium Park Eye Center at 30 N. Michigan Avenue, by appointment. More information about the appointments can be found at www.MyVisionChicago.com.
