Our team is ready to work with you to meet all of your health care needs. We offer highly-skilled professionals, the most advanced medicine and technology, a convenient location just down the street from the UIC Pavilion, and a personal care coordinator to facilitate all of your needs. We are pleased to offer this Premier Program for Chicago Sky players and coaches. You can expect a high level of personal coordination of medical services provided for you at the University of Illinois Medical Center, our Outpatient Care Center or any of our off-site community health centers.
