Scheduling an Appointment
Bring your student i-card and current class schedule. We must verify current class enrollment to provide “no cost” services under student health. If you would like to receive services not covered by student health, we will require your private insurance card and billing information. You and/or your insurance will responsible for services obtained that are not covered under student health. As a courtesy, we ask that you contact our office to cancel an appointment if you are unable to arrive as scheduled. If you have an urgent problem that is not lifethreatening, please call our center at (312) 996- 2901 and ask to speak to our triage nurse. |
